Three layers Forming Wire
The top layer is thin polyester and nylon weft, high density weave by the plain weava, the bottom layer is thick polyester and nylon warp, the middle layer is single warp wire cross the top and bottom layer to connect them. Its structure is stable, high retention ratio of the fiber and filling material, wearable, good to use for packing paper and culture paper making.

The dryer fabric includes BOB dryer felt, BOM dryer felt, spiral dryer felt, plain weave dryer felt, static free dryer felt, and seaming dryer felt.
The plain weave dryer felt and seaming dryer felt have the following advantages:

- Easy to operate

The static free dryer felt is used in specialty paper machine, it could reduce the web break because of static dramatically and increase the production efficiency.
